For a moment, put yourself in the position of leading a team in your organization. It doesn’t matter what level the team is in the organization, but assume there are five or six members of the team who report to you. The team is grappling with an issue that does not suggest clear-cut answers, particularly as it relates to right and wrong. Regardless of what decision is made, the decision will affect the lives of others—positively or negatively.
