This part provides you with the necessary insights about what to look for and expect during each stage of the buyer journey.
If you follow the steps closely, you should be able to identify a responsible franchisor whose actions show that they exist to make you successful and ask that you exist to add more value to customers than you extract from them in price.
You should also be able to spot and avoid irresponsible and unethical franchisors who exist to take your money and pump up their enterprise value and cash flow through franchise fees and royalty collections but don’t honor or respect your time, money, and capital.
