I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

“What are you doing? Leave that alone!” snapped Sue, the head of the department.
Alison froze. She had been using her break to clean the supply closet when Sue appeared in the doorway. “Um, OK …” she stammered. I was only going to throw out those empty cartons, she thought after Sue stormed off. What’s the big deal?
The next morning, Sue appeared again while Alison was talking to her manager, Michael. “You shouldn’t have done that,” she growled.
Alison was confused. “I’m sorry. What?” She looked at Michael, who was silent.
“Did you not have work? Why were you cleaning the closet?”
“Um, I was just looking for something and saw it was messy, so I decided to clean it.”
“That’s my job. Not yours.”
