Neel, a management consultant, was working on a presentation for a client meeting at 2:30 p.m.—just fifteen minutes away. His manager, one of the firm’s directors, and the client’s CEO would all be there.
Neel sped through the remaining slides to incorporate his manager’s last-minute comments, then checked the time again: 2:29 p.m. He saved the presentation and looked for the meeting invitation link, but couldn’t find it. He messaged a colleague:
