So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Toward the end of 2019, Women at Work cohost Amy Gallo and I visited Olin College of Engineering in Massachusetts. Olin’s student body is slightly over half female—an extraordinary gender ratio for an engineering program. We were there to hear from two seniors, Ana and Elena, who would soon enter a workforce that was far less equal and far more inhospitable.
