I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

I started researching and writing this book just before the Covid pandemic in March 2020. It was an idea that had been bubbling for some time. My work is influenced by many academics and practitioners over the years. Yet it is only through the course of my research for this book that I have been able to fully appreciate the depths and impact of ‘underlying assumptions’, and how far this constrains the ability to question and challenge beliefs and perceptions.
