Software of a Project Manager’s Dream!
I understand that no software product currently available includes any of the features defined in this book or lets the user correctly perform all aspects of project management and strategic planning. Strategic planning software is a tool both for developing helpful ways of looking at SWOT and for facilitating creative thinking sessions.
Figures 11.1 and 11.2 show outputs designed in Ultimate PM. This is the software I’ve described earlier and shown output from. At the current time, UltiMentors is using it as proprietary for our customers. Sometime later, we’ll make it commercially available.
