Integrated Change Control

Integrated change control considers only the impact of changes to scope. The company described earlier, which used change requests to add budget to an undervalued project, was acting unethically. This chapter is about changes to scope that are entirely ethical. The issue is that sometimes either the project team, stakeholder, or sponsor may come up with an idea to improve the project that is greater than the scope of the project originally defined.
