Quality in terms of a project is a completely misunderstood subject. The level of quality refers to the degree of success the project had in meeting its objectives on time and at budget, not necessarily whether the product was produced at the highest quality. If, for example, your organization is creating a product at the low end of the market and the product is the cheapest in price and comparatively poorly made, the project can still be high quality. If the product fits the project objective, then it’s a quality project.
