I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
About the Authors
Rebecca Bond
With a background in finance, healthcare, and government technology consulting, Rebecca developed a passionate interest in data security concepts early in her IT career. Identifying security as an area that was being ignored in favor of more visible priorities on too many technical projects, she began research in 1992 on ways to secure sensitive data.
During preparation work on her Master’s Capstone, entitled “Data Security in an HMO,” (a ‘thesis equivalent’ project for her MBA), Rebecca expanded the scope of her interest to include additional aspects of security such as physical security and the role played by human engineering.
