I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

DB2 9 on Windows has come to the forefront as a robust solution for organizations standardizing on the Windows platform. As deployments on Windows platforms continue to increase, DB2 DBAs can expect to be asked to support these environments. If you are a UNIX or Linux DBA, the good news is that the majority of the code base for the DB2 product is primarily the same for Linux, UNIX, and Windows platforms, but there are some significant security differences based on operating systems.
