So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Keeping the Money
Okay, we mapped out a game plan to make the dough (value-added real estate), we harvested it (refinance), and then we repeated the cycle. Our problem then becomes keeping the money we made. The reality is that your silent partners, the state and federal governments, have their hands out. Planning is the key to minimizing your tax bite. We have all heard the expression that the only two things that are certain are death and taxes. This statement is a truism; however, through forethought and proper representation one can at least keep Uncle Sam's share to a minimum.
