I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

When a leader is clear about what matters most—and lives it consistently—they create a kind of gravitational pull. People feel it. They want to follow it.
That’s because values don’t just guide individual behavior. They also inspire collective energy. When leaders connect their actions and decisions to a deeper purpose, it gives others permission and motivation to do the same. A leader who is grounded in their values helps others get grounded in theirs—that’s the foundation of lasting motivation.
