It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Think about the best boss you ever had. Who comes to mind? Chances are, whoever comes into your mind had something in common with the leaders profiled in this section: a mindful approach to leadership based on highly developed values and a noble purpose.
