This chapter explores the final leadership transformation produced by the WLS, from depleted to inspired leadership. The analysis will show that the WLS fostered greater leadership effectiveness through this transformation by fostering a shift in a habitual, self-affirming, context-obliged pattern of thinking and feeling that shaped depleted leadership behaviors.
