So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
AppendixResearch Methodology
In order to investigate the impact of the WLS on the development of women’s leadership in the CGIAR, the goal of this research was to obtain rich descriptive information related to the leadership experiences of participants before the WLS, their experiences during the WLS course itself, and their leadership experiences after the course. Here I provide more detail on the research methodology and the steps taken to assure the trustworthiness of the findings as well as the anonymity of interview participants.
