She is a licensed practitioner of the Buzan mind-mapping method.
Stephanie worked for eight years as a marketing director at AOL. When she joined, there were less than 1 million subscribers; when she left, there were 36 million. She had a front-row seat to learn how and why people buy online. While at AOL, she developed, from scratch, a highly successful line of multimedia products that brought in an annual $40 million in incremental revenue.
She has written more than 25 retail books and more than 30 custom e-books, including Facebook Marketing For Dummies, Social Media Marketing For Dummies, The Visual Marketing Revolution, Content Marketing Strategies For Dummies, and Web Marketing for Small Businesses.
Stephanie received a BA in psychology from Hofstra University and an MSW and MPH from the University of Hawaii.
