So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

NTSC refers to the National Television System Committee—the committee that designed the standard for today’s analog television system, originally adopted in 1941 (monochrome) and 1953 (color). This chapter explains the principles of television analog video (picture) signals at baseband (not modulated onto a carrier).
