High school is exactly the same. Most high schoolers have fairly comparable available hours. There are obvious exceptions. Students from disadvantaged backgrounds may have to work to support their family, care for their siblings, and engage in other activities that limit their available hours. (These obligations are incredibly important and a very noble use of a young person's time.
