It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

To establish a common language and understanding, we are writing from the viewpoint that Agile Transformations are intended to help organizations achieve a greater level of agility. The first part of this book describes a fundamentally different approach to Agile Transformations, based on Integral thinking.
