To prepare data for higher dimension calculations, I have been using a concept encoding method for corporate projects for 30+ years to provide embedded data to the algorithms I developed. This guarantees high-level abstraction to solve problems. It is a very profitable way to implement transfer learning and domain learning. This way, you can apply the same model to many different fields.
The method consists of embedding data with the methods described in this book. The goal always remains the same—to transform the data points into higher dimensions to visualize features.
