4. Navigation
The program will show you how to navigate as the different navigation icons are presented in the introduction. It is extremely flexible and user-friendly. Just after the introduction you will find a road map presenting the twenty stages of the program. You can choose the stage you want to work on simply by clicking on it (our advice is to take them in logical order). The program is divided into two parts: value creation with Stages 1 to 11, and risk management with Stages 12 to 20.
Each stage is subdivided into four sections:
the introductory page announces the stage’s topic;
the concepts give explanations of the new ALM tools;
the key points give a summary of the stage’s main lessons;
the exercise allows you to apply the concepts. ...
