I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Nachdem alle Aktivitäten der Projektinitiierung und der Projektplanung erfolgreich durchgeführt wurden, treten wir nun endlich in die Phase der eigentlichen Projektumsetzung ein. Hier werden alle Aufgaben, die in früheren Phasen identifiziert und geplant wurden, in die Tat umgesetzt. In Softwareprojekten handelt es sich hierbei nicht nur um die Implementierung und den Test des Softwareproduktes, sondern auch um die Erstellung aller Qualitätsnachweise, Berichte und Lieferungen. All dies wird durch das Projektcontrolling erfasst und gesteuert.
