Of course, I am in debt to my professors at Salisbury University and also Grand Valley. Dr. Roger Ferguson and Dr. Paul Jorgensen both encouraged my interest in testing, and Dr. Paul Leidig encouraged me to write. Chris McMahon brought me into Socialtext, and Ken Pier, Luke Closs, and the rest of the Socialtext team built the testing process before I was even hired; it’s been a privilege to work with them.
