I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
A blockchain solution
After identifying a business problem and its pain points, the next step is to search for a proper solution. For the previous business problem, a general solution is needed to build a computer-based healthcare data sharing platform. The platform will allow authorized parties such as doctors, researchers, government agencies, insurance companies, and pharmaceutical firms to access the medical data. Developing such a platform requires a tremendous amount of work. Digitization of existing paper records alone is well beyond our capability and requires the involvement of many groups and organizations.
