So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Pretend you are on a reality TV show where you are competing against another team. The team that produces the most revenue wins. You get to pick your team and lead it. Choose the right one, and you will get a big check from a guy who looks a lot like Donald Trump.
