The most relevant issues related to security are toll fraud, denial of service, and privacy violation through eavesdropping. Toll fraud is the unauthorized use of your telecommunication structure to make calls. Often, hackers make these calls to premium rate numbers paying a rebate. A toll fraud can easily go to hundreds of thousands of dollars in losses in a single month. The second most relevant issue is Denial of Service (DOS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDOS).
