I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Step 2 – check the log file
Initially, the log file will be written to the same directory as the executable (unless you specify a different directory for the config file). The log file may look something like this:
The code to create the PhotoService starting and PhotoService stopping log messages in the service were left out of the preceding code snippets; however, if you pull the repository, you should be able to see all the logging that I've added and even add your own.
