BitVector32.Section
This structure represents a section
of a bit vector
that holds a single integer value. A
BitVector32.Section instance is created by the
BitVector32.CreateSection( ) method, which
specifies the maximum value the Section can hold,
and references the preceding Section, unless it is
the first Section in the vector.
