ThreadState
This enumeration represents
the different thread states
as recognized by the operating system. They mostly correspond to the
states defined by System.Threading.ThreadState,
but also include Transition for when a thread is
waiting on something other than the CPU (it might be waiting on disk
I/O, for example).
