As you do more mobbing, you’ll come to realize that mobbing isn’t just about the code, it’s also about the people. In 2017, through a Mob Programming Community survey,[23] I asked others about the challenges they’ve experienced with mobbing. Not too long into things, I noticed a pattern emerge in their responses:
