I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Collaborative learning as a culture enhancer
Innovation is the lifeblood of any successful organization. Show me a business leader who doesn’t value and promote innovation, and I will show you a business that won’t survive in the long run. But as with so many aspects of an organization that can’t be captured on a balance sheet, identifying and cultivating the levers that drive innovation in an organization are easier said than done. While oceans of ink have been spilled in countless books and articles about the secrets of fostering innovation, their advice can all be condensed into a single word: talent.
