Throughout this book we’ve explored the many ways organizations can create value through upskilling from within through collaborative learning. Still, it’s natural for leaders to feel some trepidation at the thought of transitioning to a new learning culture – even when they recognize the immense rewards of overhauling their approach to knowledge creation.
