It will require several books to include all applications of holography as they have spread across several areas ranging from biology to astronomy in science and from civil engineering to aeronautical engineering in technology. In this book I try to elaborate various holographic techniques starting from conventional holography to the latest digital holography. One can easily distinguish the developments of holographic techniques in to two parts: one before the digital electronics revolution, and the second after that.
