Graphic Novel Sketches with ToonPAINT

Load an image into ToonPAINT (Toon-FX; $1.99), and seconds later you’ll be going gaga about a sketch generated from your photo in the style of a hip graphic novel (see Figure 6-32). ToonPAINT’s automatic results are often all you’ll want, but if you decide you want make adjustments, you can do that, too (see Figure 6-33):

• Edges/Gray/Black You can tap this icon to view sliders for adjusting the strength of the edges, as well as the amount of gray and black in your sketch.

• Advanced From the Edges/Gray/Black icon, you can tap Advanced for additional settings to experiment with the automatic sketch generated by ToonPAINT. ...
