Get Real

Since the first edition of Danger was published, I’ve watched many organizations try to transform themselves. I now believe there are three primary things organizations must do. Those are (1) Get real; (2) Operate in optimum ways; (3) Create critical conditions. In this chapter I’ll deal with the first.

Getting Real involves:

■  Leadership

■  Strategy

■  Pressure to Perform

■  Purposeful Work
