Domain synonyms exist across the foreign key columns of multiple pri-
mary key/foreign key synonyms that share the same primary key column. For
example, as shown in the first part of Figure 9.5, the two columns for
DEPT_MGR and PROJECT_MEMBER are domain synonyms. They repre-
