You've learned how important a creativity warm-up can be. Here are a few more ideas for getting your team ready to tackle any Creativity Challenge:
A warm-up challenge. Take on a small Creativity Challenge that is completely unrelated to your current project, simply to stimulate thinking and get your team in the zone. For example, invent twenty things right now that you could do with a bandana. Or ask, How could we persuade young people not to start smoking? or How could the local flower shop double its sales?
