So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This book often makes mention of cultural value dimensions that help distinguish one culture from another. Extensive material has been written about several cultural value dimensions, but for those unfamiliar with the terms, here are some brief definitions of 10 of the most important cultural value dimensions.
INDIVIDUALISM–COLLECTIVISM
Individualism: Emphasis on individual goals and rights
Collectivism: Emphasis on group goals and personal relationships
POWER DISTANCE
Low Power Distance: Emphasis on equality; shared decision making
