Chapter 9. SWT: Dialogs, Toolbars, Menus, and More

Introduction

This chapter continues our coverage of SWT and demonstrates creating dialog boxes, menus, tables, and toolbars. All of these are powerful controls in SWT, are more complex than the SWT controls you’ve seen in previous chapters, and merit a closer look. We’ll also take a look at the new support in Eclipse 3.0 for embedding Swing and AWT elements in SWT. (Don’t find what you want in SWT? Embed it from Swing!)
