Abstract
Edge AI and Edge Computing are revolutionizing modern education by enabling real-time, localized data processing, and enhancing learning experiences. Unlike traditional cloud-based systems, these technologies process data near its source, reducing latency, ensuring privacy, and lowering dependency on stable internet connections. They empower adaptive and personalized learning, immersive educational tools, and collaborative environments by delivering immediate feedback, even in under-resourced areas. By integrating Edge AI, devices such as tablets and IoT sensors analyze and act on data locally, offering instant feedback for students and supporting adaptive learning paths. For instance, AI-driven tutoring systems can dynamically adjust content based on real-time student performance, fostering engagement. Similarly, Edge Computing addresses the limitations of cloud systems by minimizing bandwidth use and improving security, making it ideal for areas with unreliable networks.
