So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

5.1 Vorgehensweise
Die gängige Annahme, dass die Betriebsführung eines neuen Systems erst mit seiner Produktivsetzung beginnt, ist falsch.
Richtig ist, dass schon kurz nach dem Start des Projekts ein bzw. mehrere Systeme stabil zur Verfügung stehen müssen, um Geschäftsprozesse zu testen, Anpassungen zu entwickeln oder die Datenübernahme vorzubereiten. Die Ansprüche an Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Datensicherheit der Systeme sind zwar ggf. anders, aber nicht geringer als an dem späteren Produktivsystem.
Hierzu sind recht früh die notwendigen Analysen zu tätigen, Konzepte zu erarbeiten und umzusetzen.
