So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

11.1 Vorgehensweise
Die Strategie des Systemübergangs wird schon zu Beginn des Projekts festgelegt und hat Einfluss auf alle Aktivitäten des Projekts, wie zum Beispiel auf die Anforderungen an Datenkonvertierung, Schnittstellen etc.
Während des Systemübergangs sind betroffene Systeme, wenn überhaupt, nur eingeschränkt verfügbar. Dies schränkt das operative Arbeiten des Unternehmens erheblich ein. Deshalb muss der Übergang zeitlich eng und sehr präzise geplant werden.
