So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Kapitel 13: Projektmanagement
Wie in der Einleitung erwähnt, ist in diesem Buch keine generische, detaillierte Projektmanagement-Methode beschrieben, dennoch gehört zur Implementierung eines ERP-Systems das Projektmanagement dazu. Viele Themen, wie zum Beispiel die Festlegung des Umfangs des Projekts oder das Change-Management, sind in den vorangegangenen Kapiteln behandelt worden. Deshalb hier nur die wichtigsten Tätigkeiten und Arbeitspakete des Projektmanagements, wobei vorausgesetzt wird, dass die in diesem Buch beschriebene Methode eingesetzt wird. Detaillierte PM-Themen, wie z.B. Risk-Management und Ressourcen-Management, werden nicht behandelt.
