I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Wie schon im in Abschnitt 2.5, »Das Projektteam und die Stakeholder« beschrieben, sind Key-User die wichtigsten Teammitglieder. Sie bilden die Schnittstelle für das Beraterteam zu den Fachabteilungen und repräsentieren diese im Projekt. Um diese Kommunikation so fehlerarm wie möglich zu gestalten, ist es notwendig, dass die Key-User sich schnellstmöglich mit der Funktionalität und den Begrifflichkeiten der Software vertraut machen. Um dies zu erreichen, sind Schulungen für die Key-User gleich zu Beginn des Projekts notwendig. Diese können bei großen Standardsystemen (SAP, Microsoft …) Standardschulungen von Akademien sein oder speziell auf das Unternehmen zugeschnittene Schulungen durch den Softwarelieferanten.
