As we indicated in Chapter 5 and illustrate in Figure 7.1 below, the process of reviewing reward is closely linked to the activities of measuring and evaluating it. All these processes carried out together or independently indicate the level of effectiveness achieved in managing reward and inform decisions on the need to develop new reward practices or improve existing ones.
