About the Author
Suzanne Dibble has been a lawyer for over 20 years, qualifying as a corporate lawyer in one of the world’s largest law firms, DLA Piper. There she led teams of professionals on multi-million-pound private equity deals as well as mergers and acquisitions, whilst also advising the boards of international blue-chip companies on all areas of company law.
Whilst at DLA Piper, Suzanne was seconded to Virgin’s head office where she worked alongside Richard Branson. Amongst other key projects, she led a group-wide data protection project with great success. As a result of this success, she was nominated by Virgin and DLA Piper for the national Solicitor of the Year award and subsequently voted runner-up.
Suzanne was asked to move to ITV Plc, the UK’s largest commercial broadcaster, where amongst other key strategic projects, she led the billion-pound project for digital switchover when the broadcaster moved from an analog signal to a digital signal.
Suzanne was then headhunted to be Legal Director of Hamptons International, then a UK subsidiary of the largest property development company in the world. Suzanne was soon promoted to Director of Operations and was responsible for the operations of over 1,000 staff and over 100 branches. As a result of Suzanne’s role at Hamptons, she was listed in the Who’s Who of Young Business Leaders 2009 and the Who’s Who of Britain’s Business Elite in 2010.
