Anil K. Gupta is widely recognized as one of the world's leading experts on strategy and globalization. He is the Ralph J. Tyser Professor of Strategy and Organization and research director of the Center for International Business Education and Research at the Smith School of Business, University of Maryland at College Park. He received a doctorate from the Harvard Business School, an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management at Ahmedabad, and a B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology at Kanpur. Gupta also serves as chief adviser to the China India Institute, a research and consulting organization based in Bethesda, Maryland.
