Dr. Jones’ second edition of Global Information Warfare is timely as we witness new

and more eective cyber attacks on governments, corporations, and individuals.

Iam writing this as I read the news that the White House takes the view that the

Sony Pictures Entertainment hacking attack is a serious national security matter. It

was probably a nation-state’s professional computer network operations organiza-

tion in action, achieving national goals.
