So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
LIL matrix
An LIL matrix stores a list per row that contains the column index and the value, usually sorted by column, as this decreases lookup time. LIL matrices are useful for incrementally composing sparse matrices. They are also useful when we don't know the sparsity pattern for our incoming dataset.
